As the Augustine Institute’s flagship platform, it aggregates content from over 100 Catholic content producers into a seamless experience designed to deepen engagement and support spiritual formation at scale.
My Role
As Creative Director, I led the evolution of FORMED from a content library into a cohesive, mission-driven digital experience—aligning brand, marketing, and platform strategy to better serve both users and the Church.
My work focused on:
Clarifying the brand narrative to emphasize transformation—not just content consumption
Building and scaling an integrated marketing system across web, email, paid media, and social
Leading UX and conversion strategy to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention
Equipping parishes with turnkey implementation and engagement tools to drive local adoption
Creating marketing and sales enablement tools to support field teams and accelerate growth
Building and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent, high-impact creative at scale
