Working alongside St. Luke’s internal communications and PR team—and touching everything except the name and logo—a refreshed brand was launched across six markets and an extensive network of partner hospitals. But this transformation went beyond branding—a powerful engagement program was created to unite employees, physicians, and volunteers under the One St. Luke’s initiative. The result?
