Forest City Enterprises needed to showcase their commercial business real estate land opportunities in Denver’s Stapleton community, one of the largest urban infill projects in the United States. Stapleton was well known as a premier sustainable residential community with significant retail presence, but not on the radar of national site selectors seeking to relocate businesses to Denver. The solution was the creation of the Stapleton Business Ready brand and marketing materials to focus attention on the commercial properties ready for development.
In the Spring of 2016, the RTD A-line commuter rail opened connecting downtown Denver and DIA, with one of the five train stops located in the heart of Stapleton's business districts. Leveraging this monumental occasion, the brand was evolved to Stapleton Business NOW and was implemented through a website, video, events, and collateral. The marketing efforts showcase the benefits of access to DIA, a highly skilled labor force, and new urbanist lifestyle.
