Catholic Market is the Augustine Institutes primary B2C sales channel. While the site offers a variety of products, it primarily focuses on getting their books into the hands—and hearts—of Christians.

In this example, the title of the book was a collaboration between the author and the Marketing team. Based on Google Search Results and SEO analysis of the most commonly searched terms around “Christmas,” the title The True Meaning of Christmas was selected.

The team then used paid search results to boost the ranking, ran 1/2-page print ads in various Catholic magazines and diocessan newspapers around the country and featured the title in a seasonal direct mail. The title was also promoted on social media and in weekly product emails. These marketing tactics drove customers to the Catholic Market website to purchase the book.
